Winter is approaching (I hope) so I will soon return to the job site laborers working on the new cycle path linking the Grabarowem Zabobrze.
Until then, we clear up all doubts about the quality of the tasks performed there, because there are many indications that we are dealing with a number of derogations from the project, which may cause the investment proves to be a complete flop.
Below my interpellation on the matter and photographs, which (like other council members) have received from the Society Izersko - Giant documenting the "quality" of work performed.
Dear Mr. President,
as councilor received many disturbing signs of construction work performed by the emerging Bike Path between the settlement and Grabarowem Zabobrze.
extensive correspondence and photographic evidence indicates many shortcomings and deviations from the approved project, which will result in the best case, the necessity of making corrections and delay in putting the route to be used jeleniogórzan .
Against this situation, please reply to the President the following questions:
- whether city council is aware of the possibly deficiencies and deviations from the approved project on the construction of said bike path?
- who the city council is responsible for overseeing the construction work on the construction of the bike path to Grabarowa?
- whether the city council during the work reported due to the contractor, if so when and what was the effect?
