Going To The Bathroom Make Ovaries Cyst Burst

Pinot Grigio from Slovenia

Slovenian experiment

  1. Ptujska Kleť vinarstvo doo, Sivi Pinot Pullus suho, 2009, Region: Štajerska, or Lower Styria, covering almost the entire central-eastern Slovenia, strain: Sivi Pinot (Pinot Grigio), Slovenia;
  2. Color: orange-pink with a greater intensity than the ambiguous Rosé. Anyone who saw the Pinot Grigio on the bush probably turned out that the color of the fruit is more like red than the white variety. Hence, the fermentation with skins of wine, catching pink color. Slovenia produced the idea so Pullusa as classic Rosé, but instead used a red variety, at least in name, white - Sivi Pinot. As a result, after 3-day maceration (Touch of crushed reddish skins of Pinot Grigio have not pressed juice), wine has taken nicely, like a Rosé;
  3. Nose: not only nienachalny, but even shy. Although it took a while, but gave up tame, and now comes to me, the smell of ripe (or even over-ripe) pears and bananas with a hint of vanilla. Oh, it got really sweet;
  4. Taste: pears and bananas are in flavor. Low acidity clearly can not penetrate the firewall, pear-banana. The impression that I have a lot on the palate undeveloped space. For a homogeneous sweet, a little bland character, the wine is unable to fully absorb the taste receptors, though demanding more varied experiences;
  5. Price: 15 EUR. It seems that the Slovenian experimentators managed to make a dry wine with a uniquely sweet nature. Also today, I thought it was very unlikely, just as that Rosé can be done with the white variety. Slovene can, would like to say.
Pullusa not bought in a store, on a non-profit and for sure niewiniarskiej event, where in addition to Slovenians specialties of its cuisine sold representatives of almost all countries in the world. I bought there, moreover, a few other wines. Slovenian was the most expensive. When I shared with the Slovenians at their booth this observation, with disarming frankness replied that of course the wine is expensive because it is Slovenian. Ah ... and the best - added at the end.
